QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

 

 

Joe Webber is a graduate of Texas A&M University (B.A.) and the University of Texas School of Law (J.D.). 

 

Joe is licensed to practice before the Texas Supreme Court and all other Texas state courts.  He is also licensed to practice before the U. S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas; the Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals; and the United States Supreme Court.

 

Joe is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  There are over 100,000 attorneys licensed to practice in Texas.  At present, fewer than 1,000 Texas attorneys (1%) are Board Certified in Civil Trial Law.

 

Joe Webber is listed in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers and has an AV Preeminent rating, the highest possible rating for both legal ability and ethical standards.

 

Joe is a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been successful in obtaining multi-million dollar cash recoveries for multiple clients.  He has also successfully defended clients who have been defendants in multi-million dollar lawsuits.
